Refund & Return Policy

At FitMen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully.

1. Returns

Customers can return products only in front of the delivery person. Once the delivery person leaves, returns will not be accepted.

Returned products must be unused. Customers may inspect the product after opening the package but must not use it.

Return delivery charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT

  • Dhaka Sub: 100 BDT

  • Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT

2. Refunds

If any product is faulty or defective due to a manufacturing issue, customers may request a refund.

To process a refund, FitMen may require an unboxing/open-package video for verification.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after successful verification through bKash or bank transfer.

Refund Calculation

Refunds are calculated on a per-product basis after deducting the applicable delivery charge.

Formula:

(Total Paid Amount − Delivery Charge) ÷ Total Quantity × Number of Faulty Products

Example:

  • Total Paid: 1,030 BDT (3 products + 130 BDT delivery)

  • Delivery Charge: 130 BDT

  • Net Product Value: 900 BDT

  • Value Per Product: 900 ÷ 3 = 300 BDT

If 1 product is faulty, the refund will be 300 BDT.

If all products are faulty, the customer will receive a refund for the total product value after deducting the delivery charge.

3. Exchanges

General Exchange

Customers may exchange products for a different size, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Inner Garments

Customers must inspect inner garments in front of the delivery person.

Once the delivery person leaves, no exchange or return will be accepted, unless FitMen has delivered the wrong size or wrong product.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may:

  • Return it immediately in front of the delivery person without paying any return delivery charge, or

  • Contact FitMen within 3 days and provide an unboxing/open-package video for verification.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Customers can contact us using the contact methods available on our website.

All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to verification of the product condition.

6. Additional Notes

  • Return and exchange delivery charges apply unless the product is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect or FitMen has sent the wrong product.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Delivery charges for returns and exchanges are:

    • Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT

    • Dhaka Sub: 100 BDT

    • Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT
